Red 1-2-3 John Katzenbach

Red 1-2-3 is a recent novel (published in 2012) by great suspense and thriller author John Katzenbach. The story develops around the original children story, Little Red Riding Hood, but with some slight changes; the wolf is an old man who wants to commit a perfect crime that would always be always remembered. He chooses three victims who have something in common:

* They all are women,

* They all have ginger hair, and

* They are vulnerable....

He sends these women a letter letting them know of his evil plans, but refrains telling them when he would carry them on. During the course of the novel, these women receive different kinds of threats and they have to find a way to change the end of the story or they would certainly die.
